If you are not completely satisfied with your order or our service, please contact us within 90 days of purchase and we will work with you to make it right, including providing a refund when appropriate.

Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible experience, customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with an order.
Only Beautifully Written is not responsible for:
- Spelling, grammar, punctuation, or content errors contained in customer-submitted messages.
- Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated recipient or return address information.
- Delays or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
- Orders affected by information that is incomplete, improperly formatted, or otherwise incorrect at the time of submission.
Mail Delivery
Once an order has been completed and delivered to the United States Postal Service or another delivery carrier, Only Beautifully Written is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or nondelivery occurring during transit.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on postal operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
